Our Italian-inspired “Cacio e Pepe” dish of steamed eggs, pecorino and pepper will transport her to the culinary mecca that is Italy. Our rendition is a play on the traditional Cacio e Pepe served with pasta instead of eggs; we’ve discovered ours is lovely for brunch. Our homemade scones are uniquely fluffy and light – a scrumptious partner for a New Orleans styled iced coffee. Cold brewed and infused with roasted chicory, this frosty libation will take her to the birthplace of jazz with the first sip. “I’m from New Orleans and it tastes like home,” said one Teahouse guest.
