Return & Credit Policy


At The Teahouse, we are passionate about providing our customers with the highest quality tea. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order within 14 days of your order date, please contact info@teahousesantafe.com and let us know how we can make it right!

We do not honor returns, exchanges or refunds. We understand that when it comes to taste preference, diverse palettes there may be some divergent opinions, which is natural; but if somehow a product doesn't meet expectations in terms of quality assurance then replacements or store credit is available upon request. This policy applies solely on 4oz pouches; and our 1lb purchases unfortunately do not qualify as exceptions must be evaluated case by case basis.

When receiving merchandise, it's important to check for any signs of damage. If an item is damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately and provide photo documentation; we'll be happy to replace the product promptly.

Our monthly subscription allows you to cancel at your convenience; however, please note that all shipped items are not eligible for refund or replacement.
