Himalayan Black Tartary Roasted Buckwheat
Also known as Indian Buckwheat, this Tartary Buckwheat is the highest altitude grown buckwheat in the world. When brewed with boiling hot water it makes a delicious tea with a nutty roasted flavor. It can be steeped several times. The brewed buckwheat kernels can then be eaten or added to your morning cereal or muesli.
