Lapsang Souchong

Has a large, open, slightly grayish to black leaf with a sharp note of smoke. The taste is smoky and spicy.

Ingredients: black tea, smoke 

Steeping Guide:

1 heaping tsp. 
6 oz. at 196° water 
Steep 3-5 minutes
